Repeated fax calls all night long at one hour intervals from Dallas area code to my Las Vegas home; I filed an email request with Capitol One and was advised my phone# would be removed from their database (I do NOT have any Capitol One loans, credit cards etc.). After a month, calls resumed. Filling a complaint with both Federal and Texas consumer affairs departments.

I have received several attempted calls with a fax signal at one hour intervals all night long on two separate nights from this number, repeatedly waking me during the night.
