These dumb@***** are persistent for sure. Called @ 11:03 am on 8/13. We are sick and tired of these *****s calling and harassing us so we called back and after press this for sales and press that, we pressed the sales office. Talked to another *****. Asked the name of the President and mailing address and he had the nerve to say ... calm down, I was born with an ear infection and it hurts my ear if you speak too loud. Told him glad it happened to him and proceeded to shout and then slammed the phone. The *****s had the audacity to call a***n this morning @ 10:06. We answered the phone as follows: this call is being forwarded to the Arkansas Attorney General's office and is being recorded. Now would you like to leave a message you dumb**** blah, blah, blah. Also told them to feel free to call the ACLU. Gutless chickens think it is real funny. Somebody else has posted information on the dumb****es of the company: Prin****l: Mr. Tony Norrie (President & GM)Customer Contact: Josh Sparks (Application Processing Supervisor)Ms. Cami Billings (Complaints) David Nguyen (Vice President, Sales) Pranay Shah (Vice President, Operations).
Certified Payment Processors scam caller offering merchant solutions.
They are being paid by unwitting companies to MAKE phone calls, not complete them. It doesn't matter if you answer or not. Just let it go. Perhaps the not too bright people who employ them will fire them and we'll all be happier. Texas attorney general is on it and will shut them down shortly.
See how ****** these people are !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They called us 4 times on Monday, 6/2 and each time we picked up the phone and pressed "0". Do you think they got the message ??????????? No, the ****** *****s called back a***n today already 3 times: 9:40 am, 9:41 am 11:14 am. Each time we picked up the phone and pressed "0". When they called @ 9:40 am and we pressed "0" after picking up the phone, they are so ******, they called right back because they wanted to hear the beep a***n and we were happy to oblige. At this rate, hope their ear drums will burst so they end up deaf !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This company has a lot of nerve. After the 1st call of the day @ 9:23 am, they have called back @ 10:53 am, 10:56 am, 11:00 am and 11:13 am. Each time they called, we picked up the phone and pressed "0". We don't give a **** if their ear drums are going to burst. We are paying for this line so we get to decide who is going to call us. Another ****** scammer called us as "private number" and we did the same to that *******. He/they had the nerve to call right back so we did the same. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. Scammers take note:- we are not going to take your harassment quietly because we will continue to harass you - see how you like it when the s*** is on the other foot. Let them call the ACLU, their local sheriff's office or even file a case to tell the Judge they want the right to make harassing phone calls to us and don't like it when we press "0" and a loud beep is destroying their ear drums !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen: This ****** worthless company thinks they have the right to call us repeatedly and harass us but sure don't like it when the tables are turned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently when we picked up the phone last week and pressed "0", it hit a nerve to these *****s. This morning I was running late so did not pick up the phone when the *****s called @ 9:23 am. So they hit the "0" when our greeting s****ed - heard the loud beep on the ma****e !!!!! So all of you s**** doing this each and every time these *****s call: pick up your phone but don't say anything and press "0" so their phone will blast a big .............. beep in their ****** ears !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ****** people never learn because they are ****** and this ****** company has proven itself to be a ******, worthless company.

Someone from this phone number calls every day M-F 12 to 15 times per day. I told them that I wasn't interested in their product or services but yet the calls continue daily.
The under 18 strategy worked for me too.
Caller will ask to speak to the owner of the company. I tell them "I'm the owner". I let them go through their whole sales pitch. I tell them "I'm interested, but I am under 18." They ***g up, and have not called back.

Nonstop up to 4 times a day cause i told them off..this ****s. Who wants to go?
Continue to call despite request to remove from call list. Insist that they must talk to owner or co-owner when they call. Refuse to provide names of managers or call information.
I didn't recognize the number, but saw that it was from 972 area code. Every call from this area code has been a telemarketer, so I answer and immediately **** up. I don't care what they have to say or sell.

I have been getting two or three calls a day from these people as well. Contact the FCC with the information someone provided below and if they keep calling you can sue them in court in violation of the do not call act.
This number call everyday around 10:00AM and 1:30PM. When pick up the line went dead. So I waited on the line for about 5 second and I got an answering ma****e. How do i make it stop.?
These People call many times a day and at strange hours. They always want to talk to the owner and don't take no for a answer nor remove us from their calling lists even after being asked numerous times.
This is TransTech Merchant group who will try to ask you for your access numbers. DO NOT GIVE THEM to anyone from this number. There is a Rip-Off Report page with numerous complaints about this company:http://www.ripoffreport.com/work-place-bullies/trans-tech-merchant/trans-tech-merchant-group-yes-6486a.htm
This telemarketer calls my unlisted business line 2-3 times a day but I never answer.
Here's the scam: They call pretending to be your merchant account provider and that they are investigating suspect charges on one of your customer's cards. It's all lies. They also claim to take you off their call list, but they will keep calling. Here's a fun trick! To get a list of every phone extension in their company, call their main number at: 972-428-5200 and press 4. You can then enter a name to get that extension. It also lets you then browse by pressing 1 and 3. Many listings give the name of the person, their position within the company, the extension number and even cell phone numbers! In the directory of names, you will hear the various company names that include Transtech, TMG and Summit Merchant Solutions. If you are angry and have a little time, this is a great way to waste theirs and rock the boat in a way that may actually annoy them. You may actually speak to someone important who can actually do so****ing. Or at least you may inject a little stress into their work day. Whomever this is...thinks it's cute to call my cellular. I screen my calls, so if they get this message, they can be well aware that I'm turning this number in the DO NOT CALL Register. Calling cellular numbers should be highly illegal, regardless whether it's a solicitation or debt collector. American's no longer have privacy and only daily interruptions because our government is so lame. People are struggling and having to go on welfare when they were once well off. Our government has *****ed American's. Sad world we're living in... This nonsense needs to stop!
They were pushing me saying they had to come to my store to check my overages on my charge card. They were pushy & acted official. Checked with my company what they said was not true.
****-up Call!!! This company, Trans Tech Marketing, is trying to sell merchant services. It is a phone number. I called it back and first asked for an operator, who took my phone number and removed me from their preferred marketing list. Then two hours later I get another ****up call from them. I called the operator a***n, and she just got ****ed at me and said that it will take a while for their automated system to know that my number should not be called, and then she disconnected me. So I called back a***n and push-****oned my way to customer service. I was not taking no for an answer, "What can it possibly benefit their company to call my company over and over a***n, ****ing up on me?" Kendra told me that it is a dial-up system that matches a live answer to a sales person. If there isn't a sales person available at that time, it automatically disconnects the call. I asked her why no one shares this information with the operator at their company. Then she wouldn't be getting so frustrated and ****ing up on people. I think I'll call their operator back and tell her. Maybe if I'm lucky, my third call will **** her off as much as her company's **** up calls **** me off.
I am like another post, no one there, line dead. I blocked number and I still get a call every day. I sure hope someone finds out what the***** these people are all about.
I get a call daily from this number to my fax line. I tried to call the number back and it rings busy.
These people are persistant. We got the call and they were rather rude when I told them the owner was not avaiable and asked what it was concerning was told they could not discuss it with me. They called back and intisited on speaking with the owner making it sound like we were being overcharge on a credit card. They wanted to schedule an appointment to explian the issue. so the owner did. after the call I looked up the number online and found this website. So I called back and canceled the appointment. We two days later someone with the company showed up at our office. Not even the scheduled time and date. She was rather persistant when we told her we canceled and took a few minute to convince we were not interested. Really Annoying.
leaves a loud annoying tone on the answering ma****e
Trans Tech Marketing Group are MEAN and refuse to stop calling! So annoying, why doesn't the FTC DO anything about these people?
This number repeated appears on my caller id with no information regarding it. This caller calls constantly and does not leave a message. My business line is on the no-call list and I don't have the time to deal with every telemarketer that calls the shop. If I did when would I ever get any work completed!
They call 4-5 times a day and never leave a message.
They called to say there was a problem with our ***le on our property. They upset my husband. They said they wanted to make an appointment to see him. They were coming the next day. What a mess! I called and cancelled the appointment after seeing all the problems.
They call every morning asking for the OWNER? What's going on? ... Anybody?
These annoying people persist in calling, sometimes 3-4 times per day, and pretend they are some sort of authority about internet transactions. But they are trying to sell us a credit card ma****e. I do not want to ever hear from them a***n.
***g up before I could tell them to take us off their list(s)
They allege they want to make sure we are not being overcharged on CC. Don't let them near your business. I turned them over to the Dept. of Commerce.
Repeated calls on multiple days.
Repeated calls from this number to my home number which has always been on the do-not-call registry. Shame on them!
Repeated calls from this number to my home number which has always been on the do-not-call registry. Shame on them!
This number calls everyday, sometimes x2 or x3. I do not answer calls that I do not recognize. HOWEVER, after months of receiving this call, I answered and no response from caller, just ****s up. This is extremely annoying and I feel there should be a way of reporting these people for investigation.
This number has popped up on my caller id for weeks without a message, so we finally asnwered the call. My husband answered and asked the caller a few questions about what they wanted, then turned the phone over to me. She asked if I was the owner and I said yes, then she began her script. When I told her I did not know anything about Trans Tech, she ***g up. STOP WASTING MY TIME.
Pretty dumb to call a Bail Bond Agent. All of our customers are in jail so we're pretty good about smelling a scam a mile away. This woman spoke so fast it was obvious she didn't want me to remember what she said. The name of the company she raced thru at lightening s***d was Trans Tech. She claimed they were contracted by MasterCard and Visa to make sure we weren't being overcharged by Merchant Services and have their representative come to my office to "exam" my credit card terminals to make sure they're compliant. The first question I asked her was, "are you with Elavon my Merchant Services company?" She said, "no....we're contracted by Visa and MasterCard." Really?? I asked her what she's selling and she said "NOTHING." She said they needed to schedule an appointment to have their "compliance guy examine my terminals." And they needed to make sure they had the right physical address for my business. Sure. I told her it sounded like she wanted to get their guy in front of my face to sell me a new contract. No thanks and I'm calling my Merchant Services Security Dept. And I ***g up. Elavon said this is a SCAM. Don't fall for it Merchants with credit card terminals. You'll be sorry.
Caller Id says Carrolington Texas. They call every single day, as soon as I pick up the line goes dead. It's really annoying.
Calls anywhere from 2-10 times in ONE day. I have reported them to the FTC.
SAID THEY WOULD BE IN TOMORROW TO CHECK OUR STATEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR OVERCHARGES. I SAID WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A NEW PROVIDER AND SHE RESPONDED THAT THEY WERE NOT SELLING ANYTHING AND THIS IS REQUIRED NATIONWIDE TO CHECK FOR OVERCHARGES AND THEY WOULD DO A SIDE BY SIDE COMPARISON. I SAID I WAS NOT INTERESTED AND HAD NEVER HAD THIS DONE BEFORE AND SHE RESPONDED THAT I WAS ONE OF THE OWNERS? AND WE HAD NO CHOICE. SHE TALKED VERY FAST AND COULD TELL I WAS ****ING UP ON HER.
Got a call from this number today, asking to speak to the owner or co-owner of our business, saying it was very important that she only speak to either one. After telling her I was the co-owner she told me that there would be a representative in my area tomorrow to check our visa/MC equipment. When I told her that we don't take Visa/MC (not that type of business) she stuttered a LOT and said 'have a Merry Christmas' and ***g up. Tried to call the number back from the caller ID and got a recording saying that the number had to be dialed using the area code (a***n, called it back straight from caller ID which dials the number as shown on the screen) or the number had been disconnected, so they are masking the real number somehow. Definitely scam artists!
This number called us for a week or two. A man left a message one morning that he needed to speak to the owner about some "charges" on our merchant account. I did not return the call, figuring that if it was legit, they would call me back. They called back today and when a woman wanted a representative to be at my place to check my card ma****g on Monday, I said, "For what?" in such a tone, the woman knew I was su****ious. When she hem-hawed around, my husband came on the line and demanded to know what she was selling. Before we could push the "call-ender" ****on, she ***g up. We figure they're trying to get physical access to your card ma****e, either to steal your merchant info or to "prove" that your current card company is overcharging you.
They have been calling and asking for owner for the past couple of weeks. They ***g up right away if the owner is not available.
I just received a call from this number, and Caller ID registered as "FIRST AM PMT." When I answered, there was no one there. It didn't even sound like an open line; just silence. I said*****o a***n, and left the line on for 11 seconds. No one ever answered.
Gina with Summit will have a rep to confirm no overcharges are imposed on our business for credit card/atm fees. We do not have credit/debit at this location!
They call 2 or 3 times a day and won't stop. The same people call everyday and they won't quit. we are on the do not call list!
The caller is a fax ma****e.
These people have been calling every day of this week and also last week. I spoke with them already once and said we are not interested. Thought I finished but they called a***n and keep calling when our phone is on donotcall list. I told them to stop calling us. What part do they don't understand? If that is the way they do business how can anyone trust them? There is probably nothing we can do. They can always c****e their phone numbers and call a***n. It is better to deal with them nicely and tell them to take our number off their list. Will report them to the the donot call registry.
called me 13 times in 10 days
Call, **** up. Call, **** up. SEVERAL TIMES A DAY!!!!!!!!!!
This number shows up almost every day - sometimes 2-3 times a day / I never answer and they never leave a message - Frustrating!!
This is the telemarketing arm of a credit card processing company.I have already told them to add me to their 'Do Not Call' list. They keep calling.
I've been getting calls ON MY CELL PHONE from this number. I get them 2x a day or more and can prove it as I'm getting billed for it in terms of minutes used. I will not answer this call on prin****l alone. I hit the ****on and send them to never-never land and oddly enough the &ast&rds do not leave a voice mail! Can you imagine that? They're shy apparently. I was wondering how difficult it would be to find a lawyer to file a class action suit for harassing calls from this number? I can't be the only one who is getting them on his AT&T cell phone number???
This number has been calling me at least 2x a day for the past 4 months. I never answer calls that I don't recognize the number and they never leave a message! I am tired of them calling! What can be done?
Sometimes they leave a msg about "Your business may be eligible to receive some of these funds..." Sounds like BS to me. Anybody know?
Got a call yes****ay afternoon saying that they were a contractor for visa/mastercard and wanted to come to my business and review my records for overcharges that may have been charged to my account and make sure my equipment was in compliance. The female caller had bad diction plus a bad connection and never completely id'd herself or the company. She wanted to make an appointment for a rep to stop for this "inspection." I called my card processor. This is a scam.
