Has every evidence of being scam.

I got the same call twice from SSA and the FBI two weeks ago. This is a spam call and should be ignored. I can't understand why the number can't be traced by the real FBI. It seems to be a land line number. (DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!)

These people are scammers .. All the want is your social .

the vm message left says have a blessed day......... when I call it back, heavy accent, answer with officer name and number and ask for a case number. When I say you called me they ask for me name. I ***g up

Robo Dial with message that my SSN has been quarantined and I needed to call back to fix issue.

received an automated call claiming to be from the SSA, saying that my social security number had been "revoked" or words to that effect. I called the number back and got a south asian-sounding male who seemed to party to the scheme. When asked how I could verify that he was from the SS admin, he suggested I Google the number. I haven't seen any scam reports but there was no information that the call originated with the US Govt. I****umed they would contact me by mail if there was a real problem.
