Rec'd a call from Mr tilmey stating that a civil suit suit is conducted a***nst me from 2007 reported by bank of america regarding a loan from cash net usa.  I did not write a check to cash net usa for a $1000.00 and I do not owe bank of america $1000.  stating the statue of limitations is still in affect and he called out all the  people I knew and stated he is going to contact them and also send do***entation to my employer...calls have be on going

Received a call from a Michael Tilmey (not sure if spelling is correct) stating they had a civil complaint from a check that was bad in . They were attempting to "Forbear service and processSCAM

This number is calling me and I am the only resident at this address.  I do not want them calling me or harassing me ever a***n.  DO NOT CALL MY NUMBER EVER A***N!

Received a call from a Michael Tilmey (not sure if spelling is correct) stating they had a civil complaint from a check that was bad in 2006. They were attempting to "Forbear service and process"...the thing that bothered me a bit is there is an actual Civil Case in that county a***nst me that was "dismissed-res***ution paid" in 2006, so why is this Federal Recoveries office calling me now, 5 years later in regards to that case? I don't like taking any chances with garnishments and all that **** so not sure what to do in this matter!

this person is calling me at work , about a felony debt and leaving a meesage on my phone . every one in my department can listen too the voice mail on it. I don't no what the debt can be. he say's a check.
