YES - THEY CALLED - NUMBER ON CALLER ID - WHEN I CALLED BACK 30 MINUTES LATER, SAID IT WAS NON WORKING NUMBER WHICH MAKES NO SENSE
ID has an odd set of letters and numbers for the name and there is nothing but low volume background electronic noise after answer.
