A new patient first visit treated horrible by nurse/receptionist and physician both. They both gossiped do***ented gossip into patient chart as if it were facts.  Gossiped about other absent patient in front of other people who are in waiting area as well as w***ver was on the phone. Nurse/receptionist telling people on phone to call others who are total strangers and saying " oh go ahead call Becky you will like her she is cool you'll get along know ya will don't know each other now but ya will soon!" What is that about? Excuse me? Was I. Standing in a waiting room of a doctor's office or did I walk into a dating/****** service?  Formal Complaints have been filed a***nst both nurse/receptionist and physician with the state physician licensure board and state board of nursing. A statement was also made with my healthcare insurance company!
