They called first time ever I answered no one spoke up all I heard was telephones as if it was a office place once found my number be valid and after me saying*****o too much they s****ed calling every two or three hours

A person claiming to be from citi bank cards. Asked me to pay my late bill over the phone. I have searched this number online and several complaints about this number calling repeatedly show up.
Calls 5 times a day and leaves no voicemail.
Just since Febuary 1, 2011 I have received 28 calls with NO voice messages. Can you F'N believe it. In reguards to same issue with 800-395-2274 just since Febuary 1, 2011 57, I repeat 57, calls. This REALLY needs to stop. I'm even on the "DO NOT CALL" list. What a bunch of S***!!!!!

I sent an e mail to citi with this caller number and wanted to know why I was called, waiting for e mail answer. After that I called the Citi number on the reverse of my credit card a lady named Jeannine traced for the phone number 972-655-5210 she said no one called me could not find any reason why they would have called. Unfortunately I erased the number from my answering ma****e they left for me to call back but the customer rep Jeannine listened to the number and made a note of it before I erased it and searched came back and no such number for Citi Group. It would be a real bad idea to just call back and give ANY INFORMATION out what so ever. If I don't know the caller I am not calling back any stranger. What are these fools thinking just instructing people to call some bogus outfit. These people need to be stopped before they get s****ed.

This IS NOT, I REPEAT NOT Citicards, or Citibank, or Citi ANYTHING despite what they tell you. It is a fraud company trying to get you send them a payment pretending to be from Citi. Ask them to prove to you that they are Citi. They tried with me and told me "my security password"? Citi cards would never give out the password, they tell you heck no if you ask. The scary part is that they had the correct password and home address. When I called Citicards they confirmed that it was not them that had called. I immediatly c****ed my password on the account. Citibank lost a LOT of their records, hence why so many people are getting calls of this nature. If you ever get to talk to this ****** people without them ****ing up on you yell at them and tell them that you are reporting them to the national fraud department.

This is not Citi Bank, I called & asked Citi Bank. They are horrid & just call every hour or more.
They want account numbers or social security number. You have to wait to talk to them, they don't answer right-a-way. Its gotta be a scam. The area code is from TX but the number traces to a verizon land line in the Seattle area.
