Leave a CommentReceived same call as above, when I asked him to provide do***entation, he stated he did not have anything other than what he provided. He had my name, address, contact info, employer, and bank name, but said he did not have account number. As a precaution, I have reported this call to authorities and my banks fraud department. Advise everyone to do the same.
disgusting calls.... a day before Christmas asking me for money...i ignore to pay .....
I have received a couple of phone calls from this number and another number. I have reported them to the local authorities. I talked to a Deputy Sherrif myself and she stated that no one can go to jail or be in any legal trouble for not paying a bill or bills. To be on the safe side, contact your local authorities, local secret service or FBI and SS Administration to report the phone calls.
I received a call from a guy who also didn't speak very good English. The number he was calling from was 972-996-3252 he first called and left a message then called a***n immediately after leaving a message. His message said so****ing about a legal matter concerning my social security # and that he could not disclose any further information and that I was needed to call him back asap. So, when I called back, he asked for my lawyers name and phone number. I asked him what it was all about and he said that I was in a huge legal mess because I received a loan that I never paid back. I told him it was all GARBAGE and he was so full of bologna! I asked him how much the loan was for and he ******* even answer that question. However, this guy did give me the last 4 digits of my ss# also the last 4 digits of my bank account number. He knew my address, and my place of employment. It is very scary they have this information. I told him to send me the paperwork I signed for this loan and if he couldn't do that to pump sand up his ****. I hope he calls me back a***n tomorrow so I can get his fax number and send him a fax with a big F... Y.. on it! ;)
caller indicates that he is Chris Ham (clearly an Far East Indian man as his accent is so heavy I can barely understand him), a res***ution officer for US Cash Advanced. He states I have gotten myself into a HUGE legal mess. When I ask what this is regarding, he statest that it is regarding a Cash Advance Loan. I respond saying I have not taken a Cash Advance Loan in which he replies, "Let me check my records. Is your social security # **********X?" I say yes it is and ask for his details. He claims he is at the address: 905 Baxter Street, Irving, Texas 76011 and that he needs the name of my attorney. I ask him for the date of the supposed loan. He replies, the "application" is dated 9/21/2009. I point out the fact that an application does not indicate a loan was placed and does not provide proof funds were ever deposited into my account. Mr Ham continues to say that once I provide him with my attorney's phone # he will fax the information to my attorney. The conversation goes in circles and circles in which I educate the Mr. Ham that this call is B.S. and that he should cease calling my cell phone and office that I am positive I never took a Cash Advanced Loan and do not owe anyone money. Although, I did ask, what is it he is asking me for. In which he continues to say "your attorney's name and phone #". I asked him if he was asking me for money I supposedly owed or what exactly he was trying to do in which he became irritable repeating, "Did I ever ask you for money or say you owed money?" To which I said, then what is it that I am being sued for or am in a "Big legal mess" for? He could not respond. So I repeated, please cease all calls tome. He closed with, in time you will find out on your own what this is for.
said i have gotten myself into a legal mess but he couldnt leave message details very heavy accent couldnt understand the name of company he was supposed to be calling for
