This is a scam.  This outfit is mentioned on the State of Colorado Attorney General's web page.  The "officer" should possibly take english lessons.

He was an Indian sounding gentlemen and said that he was a lawyer named Mark William and that a lawsuit was a***nst me and that my lawyer should contact him in one hour.  He called med at work and wanted my some personal information and to speak with my supervisor.

I got the same call also. I have done some research and people say it is a scam. He told me I was being taken to court for a loan.
