Leave a CommentCredit card processing spammer. Thank you Texas Comptroller of Public Funds for releasing my contact info to these lowlifes.
4 calls in a row, interrupted line while on business call. State office giving information to scammers????
****s. Cold callers. I did business with the Texas Comptroller in Dallas a week ago Friday and this morning I have had twelve of these annoyance calls. As if we don't have enough to do as small business owners than to fend off a band of pushy ****s.
Called home and cell. Did not answer becaused read these reviews! Agree, applied for sales tax number and my phones are ringing a lot! How do these scammers get our info?
Cajun queen is right. Last Friday I registered a business in Houston tx and now I got 3 different calls from different area codes. Now spam is here.
Spammer

Called twice re credit card processing
I just registered for my business last week. I had no idea it would entail getting SPAM calls! Just in the last hour, I have received 3 such calls from 3 different phone numbers. These calls do not give opportunity to opt out. Just an FYI, it is better NOT to respond to opportunity to opt out of a system. This only alerts a spammer to a working number and they will not remove you from their system. About all you can do is register with the Do Not Call Registry and report each call.
They are getting their information from (in my case) the Texas Comptroller of Public Funds office. I have not even received my official sales tax ID # information from the state but these people are already trying to get me to sign up for their service. I smell a rat. 1st call was from a Washington DC number the 2nd was from a Dallas number, they stated the packet of information they sent to my business address was returned undeliverable, B.S., I have been getting mail at that address for over 10 years. DISHONEST!
Credit card company.
Another automated call selling credit card processing services. I've received four in a row this morning so far, and two have been from local numbers.
This is an automated call selling credit card processing services. After a really long message they don't give an option to be taken off of their call list.
