Receive random calls from this number from time to time and ignore them. Answered an earlier one and got the same as many have reported--call center noise and a **** up. I don't bother calling back. I have since blocked the number. I was looking for health insurance online many months ago, so it's probably a result of those searches. Also, beware companies in Texas and Florida--esp those in health insurance or credit. They have very different rules and regulations. Very lenient and company (not consumer) friendly rules regarding collections, business, and sales tactics.
Received calls from 972-775-4500 on CELL which is on the do not call list....doesnot leave mesg.

Called this afternoon and this woman says "hello is this "Florida (not my real name)". After confirming with a "yes" she giggled and ***g up. Weird!

they just called me ***** them i got caller id and computer doesnt matter if you are on do not call list they can call till they talk to someone then next time you turn them in. Never Ever give a company you dont know that well your cell number. they sell it like these low life insurance and bill collectors do.

Got this number at 6:53 in the morning so I looked it up. They didn't leave a voicemailso I tracked area code and it's from texas. Wasreally worried to someone posted that it was health insurance agent.

It is CitiBank / Citi Mortagage - They call at least 6 - 7 a day and when you answer they do **** up and the mail box is full. I did get through to one repr and asked why the heck are you calling me; replied un paid mortgage - INTERESTING I say, my monthly payment was CASHED by CITI three days before the s****ed calling and the still call .
Thanks florida guy--they keep calling my cell asking for Tammy and when I tell them they got the wrong number they **** up but keep calling another day!!! I got full mailbox too!!!
I have recieved a few call's from this number and no one says anything when I answer, and when I call back it says there is no mailbox set up yet. What kind of **** is this

If this is indeed CitiBank, they have called repeatedly and **** up by the time I answer the phone. They leave no message and their mail box is "full." In addition to calling, they have also hired a lawyer to process a judgement a***nst me. I think my balance was under $1500 when everthing went kaphlooey (lost job,husband lost job, husband's heart surgery, lost our home). The religious stations proclaim that May 21, 2011 will be the end of the world. I think they are about a year or so late in their estimate. Anyone have $204,000 to spare:)

Second time...just now (8/4/2010 230pm), I recd a call from 972-775-4500 and it sounded like a call center in the background and they ***g up on me the moment I said "hello this is..." and my name. I believe this is a company called Pruitt, Jeff - Agent Benefit Team (972) 775-4433 103 N 1st St, Midlothian, TX 76065 and I believe they are breaking the law by calling people who are on the do not call list.
Got a call from them today 08/02/2010 at 7:33 AM and just now @ 12:24. When I answer no one there. When I call back it immediately goes to a voice mail box telling me that the mail box if full and that I cannot leave a message.

The caller ID said: "Agent Benefit T..." I called it back and it was a recording that said the mail box was full. I did some research and discovered the call was a company called Agent Benefit Team(972) 775-4433 103 N 1st St, Midlothian, TX 76065. They are a health insurance company or so****ing along those lines. I have not looked for health insurance lately, but someone in my household may have been. So, the call could have been legitimate. However, the **** up with no way to return a call is a really bad business practice.
