I WISH THESE CALLS WOULD STOP THIS IS VERY IRRITATING!!! I WONDER IF THEY WOULD LIKE SOMEONE CALLING THEM AND WAKING THEM UP.......
3 a.m. call. This looks like the World Government locating new cell numbers. These cell phones (cp's) now have GPS and your location can be pinged byringing your phone. Look at how many employment web sites, business web siteshave been hacked and the information stolen. But to what end? We aren't loosing our shirts financially in a Pall Mall fashion. So why is this whole-sale gathering of personal information being done? GOVERNMENT. COMMUNISTWORLD-WIDE GOVERNMENT.
I was called @ 4:50am on 12/30. I've seen ***dreds of people log this similar number on other sites as a scam. One poster said their fax answered, and actually printed up a series of computer commands. Between that & the beeps people hear when they answer, I'm****uming these are hackers spamming a ton of numbers in the hopes of finding modems they can hack. Thanks for the complaint-lodging sites, Carol. While I just signed up for the donotcall list on 12/18 (we just moved), so I can't lodge a complaint with them yet (have to wait 30 days), I did just log a complaint on the TX Atty General office site.FYI - Arch wireless is a wireless device company. I used to carry a pager that used their service. While it would be nice if they could find these guys, they themselves aren't the offending party in this situation.
File a complaint with the FTC at this website https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspxThe more of us that do it, the more chances they will do so****ing about it.You can also file a complaint with the Attorney General's office - consumer protection divsion: http://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml
