I knew this was a scam after day one... Go watch the movie "Boiler Room" that’s exactly how our meetings went every morning. We were tasked to be on the phone 45 min out of the hour, send investors a printed material with bogus details about rigs being drilled, collect revenue, and do it all over a***n. And Jesse, seriously a manager from Wal-Mart? boo f in hoo, he managed a Wal-Mart of low expectation employees with no sales back ground, go stock the shelves Jess! Anyone who used their securities license to complete these transactions knew they were stealing money and committed fraud. Excalibur had no real intention to pay back investors and I'm happy to hear the whistle ****er shut this scam down!

Can anyone provide detailed background on Wilson and Franco. Criminal records, dates, businesses,****ociates, etc

Hi, I just found this thread and someone mentioned talking to the FBI about Robert Wilson.  I invested funds with Excalibur for some wells that were never drilled and would like to see if there is a case a***nst Robert Wilson somewhere?  Any comments are appreciated.

Well for s****ers I was looking up Bob's name for the same reason you were, beacuse someone asked me about him, so I was curious to see if anything new had popped up about him, and low and behold I saw your post, so I responded. Second, this is not Jesse. I did however work with him and I'm 100% sure he wasnt F****** prositutes with Parr. Now Parr on the other hand I can believe would do that.

I am here because when I got a call from Greg Abbot's office, they asked if I knew how to get ahold of you, Jesus. They said the Excalibur number was disconnected, so I typed it in Google to see if it c****ed, (I really want them to nail you) and this site came up. Then I saw where you cowardly replied to someone elses post like two years ago. My response was simply cathartic(it means it felt good and was not intended to serve any other purpose than that. I have to explain that to you because you are a f***ing ******) NO WAY in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine you still looked at this thread from two years ago? Wow. What a f***ing loser.
