so how do they get our numbers? Are they just a collection agency trying to get money?
They say they are Loan Reabillitation. Collection agency saying they can garnish your check if they aren't paid a certain amount of money. They claim they will send you papers to read, you sign and you send them money. I told them I would pay them on the 15th of every month, they tried to get funds on the 10th. My banker canceled my card just in time or they would have cleaned me out. Sound stern and very professional. They said the paper were returned for some reason. Yea right. I'm calling the Feds today.

They keep asking me if I am so-and-so who's social security number ends in some jumble of numbers. Obviously a trailer park scam from B.F., Texas.
