I HAVE NOTICED THAT SINCE I AM TRYING TO REPAIRMY CREDIT, NOW I AM GETTING THESE CALLS FROM AN ENGLISH CHALLENGED GENTELMAN. HE GOES BY THE NAME OF SENIOR OFFICER ROY CAGE FOR ACS AND HE IS CALLING ON BEHALF OF THE LAWYERS IN THE OFFICE TO COLLECT A DEBT, NOW GET THIS FOR CASHNETUSA AND AFFILIATES. OKAY SO I AM LISTENING, BECAUSE I DO HAVE LOANS OUT THERE; BUT I WASN'T TO SURE ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY. LONG STORY SHORT, I CALLED CASHNETUSA @ THEIR COLLECTIONS (800)# AND THE REP. TOLD ME I HAD NO LOANS WITH THEM OR OUTSTANDING!! I REPORTED THEM TO THE FTC, I DIDN'T THINK TO CHECK ALL OF THIS BEFORE I AUTHORIZED THEM TO TAKE $474.76 OFF OF MY CREDIT CARD; I MAY NEVER SEE THAT MONEY OR MAYBE THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT, I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, SO WE WILL SEE.

I have gotten 2 calls one from this number and one from 347286***9 telling me there is a criminal investigation on my ss#. I let both calls go to vm since I didn't recognize the numbers. Both sounded foreign.

some foreign man saying that he was from the united states attorney office saying a lawsuit was filed a***nst me saying that i took out a cash advance and didn't pay it back. Also wanted me to settle out of court and when i got a at***ude and s****ed asking question the man ***g up. The strange thing is that the man did have all of my information.

theses people called today claiming i took out a loan which i did not. they had my ss#, bank account # and my dl. ***? wanted me to send them money and demanded i send it by a card number not  any other way. the guy claimed to be roy cage and gave me a 206 fax number. funny thing is they had my husbands job as mine ( i dont even work. and we are military and cant get loans)

They have called me now twice this week. The first time they called from the 972-996-3252 number. Telling me some **** about how I had a loan transferred into my bank account that I never paid back. They asked for my attorney's name and number. The sad thing is they actually did have the last 4 digits of my SS# and the last 4 digits of my bank account number. The second day, it showed up as 0000 I put my husband on the phone and he told them to put my number on their DO NOT CALL LIST. Told them to eat s**t and ***g up on them. Let's see if they call me back a***n tomorrow.

These people are so rude and riduculous!  you cant even understand what the***** they are saying.....and they called my cell phone looking for my daughter and wanted ME to confirm her social security number.  They would't tell me who they were just taht my daughter has a Federal lawsuit being filed with her social number. I ***g up.
