The best thing to do is don't ever answer a 973 area code

Doesn't the government ever do anything to stop these people from calling would never going to buy anything or give you any information so stop calling and bothering people

Here a copy/paste of a useful comment I saw elsewhere; I'm getting calls from 973-273-78** (last 2 digits varies). Then I figured out how to stop the phone calls; either call 307-223-0458 or send an email to [email protected]; give the caller's phone number (to verify the do not call request will be effective) and your receiving phone number (to remove it from the caller's list) and it'll stop the phone calls.

Never leaves a message and calls daily. So annoying!!!!

They are spammers!

Recorded message claiming they would install a security system for free if you display a small sign in yard. Sick of these calls!
