A man claimed to be from Meridian Health conducting a phone survey. He asked when the last time was I went to my primary doctor. I told him that's HIPPA-protected information & ***g up.

They said I won some rewards and to confirmation my number

Report was made today to FTC FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I call back they are s****ing numbers with my local area code 210- call back recording says customer service press 1 press 2 for number removed which does not work.No one available in customer service yet robo says feel free to email [email protected]
