Leave a CommentHey everyone, go to youtube and type in Fake payday loan scammers and you will get all the information you need about these fake debt collectors. My 72 year old dad has never had a payday loan in his life and one of these scammers called him and scared him to ***** and he ended up sending his entire social security check to them. So I am out to stop them and I will. Knowledge is Power, learn about their scams and report them to all agencies and call or e-mail Budd Hibbs, he will tell you what to do also. I don't understand how these criminals can sleep at night knowing they have scammed hard working old people. Anyhow, they will get there's. sooner or later they will be punished harshly.Remember, they are liars, thieves, hustlers, ****** and scammers. Join with us and put a stop to the madness.
These people have also called me demanding cash or they will press criminal charges. I refused because they provided me with no information, "Officer Steve Clark" became extremely upset and ***g up on me. Prior to them ****ing up they wanted me to fax them a letter allowing them access to make bank account but they continued to refuse to give me any info even the creditor name, they said it was a***nst the law to provide me with that. The number they gave me to contact them at is 206-801-5270. I tried to ca it back but it was disconnected.
From 9734823624 nu i have received so many calls.
This is a very active group of scammers, many of whom are calling from India (and probably other countries) and are in cahoots with a group of American pay day loan scammers. They attempt to extort money from consumers with a myriad of false and illegal threats, and alternately pose as debt collectors, federal and state law enforcement officers, lawyers and bankers. Their trademark is to use meaningless legalese gobbly**** phrases like "We are downloading warrants a***nst you" or "We are filing an affidavit a***nst you." Another trademark phrase is to threaten the consumer with so****ing like this ridiculous phrase: "If you don't pay then only God can help you." Typical of many financial scams of this variety, they usually demand payment via Western Union or MoneyGram or credit card. They use any number of phony names such as US National Bank, Federal Investigation Bureau, US Legal Investigation Bureau, Hopkins Law Office, United Legal Processing, Morgan****ociates, United Pay Services, National Processing, White Collar Crime Unit and many more. These criminals also use many phone numbers from many area codes; they're probably using caller-id s****ing software and/or VoIP to disguise their real location. The main thing to remember is that anytime someone calls you demanding money to prevent your arrest, or demanding your lawyer's name so they can sue you, it is ALWAYS a scam. No debt collector (let alone criminals posing as debt collectors) has the authority to have anyone arrested for anything. (And it's illegal to them to threaten such a thing.) And since these foreign dirtbags routinely impersonate law enforcement, it's also important to remember that American law enforcement officers aren't in the business of debt collection. (Debt is a civil, not a criminal, matter.) Remember they use several different names and numbers. The bottom line is, these are criminals trying to steal your money
They are calling me also, saying things like only God can help you now. and other things like trouble is about to unfold on you. How creepy, well when I asked what the call was about, they say, I owe them money and I ask what for and they get mad. They scream and yell and use different names. I'm tired of dealing with these ****** idiots. I'm ready to fight. Anyone know their address because I want to meet with them face to face and let them talk their bullchit
Jeff, it is a scam, pure and simple. Anytime you are being sued you will get paperwork from YOUR county. You cannot be arrested. Don't believe anything these scammers tell you. They will drain you dry and keep asking for more. Tell them to go jump in a lake and ****up each time they call.
Received a call at 4:43 PM on Thursday Dec 13, 2007. Caller ID indicates Unknown Name. Caller did not speak. After several seconds I ***g-up the phone. I am on a do not call registry, so I suspect that this is an unwanted call.
called
Just wanted to say that my husband called me from this number (I was not home but he left me a message). He is in Jamiaca right now. So this must be a roaming number for overseas???
I picked up the phone knowing my husband will call me b4 going to bed and he was in Mexico. It was from the hotel he was staying.
This caller called my mother in law and they got indignant and threatening with her. Kept asking her for her banking account number, told her they already had her SSN, birth date and other pertinent information. When she would ask a question they would tell her to shut up and give them the information they wanted...because they knew things about her family. She finally just wrote down the name and number on caller ID and ***g up on them. After she ***g up they continued to call her number but she wouldn't answer.
I had a call with this number showing. However, I believe it is a SKYPE number because I knew the person phoning me and he has SKYPE and he is in Germany.
Appeared on caller ID. Called back, no one answered.Caller ID: 973-482-3624Caller: noneCaller Type: Non-Commercial
When I got a call from this calling card number - it was my child in the military who is stationed overseas. I was glad to answer it.
Received a call from this number when my friend is calling from Germany.

They called after midnight. The rest of my house was a sleep...I thought it was an emergency...obviously not...but seriously who calls that late, other than friends or an emergency. When I answered there was just air it was like someone was there they just weren't saying anything, and when I called them back on my cell no one answered. My phone ***g up on its own or so****ing else made the call end after 2 min.
I think my brother may have called me using a calling card.
This number came up on my cell. I know the person that called so I think it's some kind of roming number used when using a long distance carrier.
the caller is nco financial services who has pirated the caller id
caller has middle eastern accent...had our name, but when asked why she was calling, ***g up fast. We've been getting alot of attempts to scam us on-line, by phone, etc.
Update to above - this number is a land line in Newark, NJ
Called my cell phone. Caller had a middle eastern accent and said he was calling from Subaru, and he had my name. When I interrupted his prepared s***ch by asking how he got my number, since it is on the "no call" list, he said my name and number were on a credit listing, and he was authorized to call me since my name had been "selected." Since a credit bureau is about the only place that has my cell phone number (I just bought some property and opened new mortgage accounts), this brings into question the integrity of all of our credit reports and WHO is accessing the information in them.
This number called my home number but I was not able to answer but I saw the number on caller ID. Then my cell phone rang with the same number and it was a **** up.
Caller said she was with state verification and was calling because there was a mistake on my checking account. When I questioned her, she ***g up fast. Obvious Scam.
