When they met later that day, Min told the woman to bring her *****ge table and supplies.At the casino, Min told the woman he was staying in a Bethlehem hotel and needed to test her capability as a masseuse. The woman said she went with Min to his hotel room and gave him a *****ge and he gave her $160.The woman contacted Bethlehem police on Sept. 14 because she said she believed Min's claims were not legitimate. Police said Min is not employed by Sands, nor is he on the gaming board.Min was arrested Sa****ay night at the casino where police said he was gambling.The meeting with Min and the woman at the Sands was recorded on surveillance video and police believe there are other women who may have responded to Min's ad. At the casino, another woman was also meeting with Min, said Bethlehem police Lt.
