973-679-4675 originates from the Discover Card Call Center. While I cannot determine the exact location, The 973 area code in in the Newark, NJ area. According to my caller ID records, they call at all hours of the day. They are probably trying to sell me a new Discover Card, or feed me some lame sales pitch to get me to use mine more often. If I continue to receive these calls, I am going to cancel my Discover Card completely, and not do business with them at all anymore. If they keep it up, I am going to report their business practices to the Federal Trade Commission, since I believe that the frequency at which they call can be considered harassment.
