Called every half hour today. Robot dialer. When I answer it takes a few minutes for the other end to connect. In every case it's someone from India. They claim to be taking a survey of satisfaction from Mercedes. They know what kind of car I bought and when I bought it. Scary. There is no way Mercedes hired these people to take this survey. No way. Despite me screaming at them to stop calling, my number continues to ring every half hour. The most recent time they called I told the guy I was going to report him for fraud. His response was to tell me to stop answering the phone !! Sigh....

Calls many times a day, no one on the line, just dead air.

Could barely understand caller. Asked from where they were calling and just continued trying to confirm my name. I ***g up.

Also received a call claiming to be Data Monitor doing a professional survey.

Called claiming to be doing a questionnaire about public relations activities. Indian female, hard to understand, spoke very quickly, couldn't identify who she claimed to be calling on behalf of.

Despite registration with National Do Not Call, I continue to receive repeated calls from unknown sources such as this.

This is a scam, they are from new jersey.They are looking for all sorts of personal information.Do not give them any info!!!!!!

The call s****ed with automated message. Then, after pressing "1", I spoke with someone who claimed to be a Financial Advisor Group representative and offered to lower my mortgage rate. I told him to call later.Actually, in my opinion, these are agents who get paid by mortgage ins***utions to provide****ential customers.They simply collect and provide the mortgage companies the information and if theier credit record is OK and their qualify and get the loan - the harrassing callers get paid.The problem is I am on "DO NOT CALL LIST" and I shouldn't be bothered by those guys.

Received a call from 973-710-1680 at 7:34 a.m. local time on Sunday, 9/27/09. My caller ID read unknown name. The caller left no message on my answering ma****e.

I called this number back at 1143 pm my time, and the number is no longer in service.  WHAT A BUNCH OF SNEAKY ****OLA!

this was crazy. i picked up the phone, said*****o, then some lady spoke a few abrupt sentences in ****ese, of all languages, and then ***g up.

Received a call at 8:41 a.m. from number 973-710-1680. Caller ID read Unknown Caller. Caller left no message on my answering ma****e.

Called for a lower mortgage rate

Just had that number call and said*****o 3 times and it was total dead silence.

received a call from this number at 4:49pm (central time) on 9/9/09 answering ma****e picked it up.. no answer, no message, gets repeated phone calls from the same number with no one there.

This number appears on my caller ID several times per day. No messages. Very bothersome.

Called me at 1:45 am...

Caller barely spoke English, could not understand him. From what I could understand, he asked for the owner of my phone number. I said, yes, that's my phone number, and gave him my first name. He went into a long s***ch, and I interrupted him, telling him i could not understand him, and that if he is a salesperson, to never call this number a***n.

Missed this call (thankfully). Party did not leave message. Looks like scammers
