this number keep calling my cellphone

All my phone numbers are listed on the do not call registery but they do not care, they still call

they **** up when I say*****o unsure who this is

These crooks keep calling me, saying there is nothing wrong with your credit cards but they want to lower my rate.  I **** up because if have talked with my card card company and this is not one of there sales person. Beware they want your credit card number and personal information.  (IDT) Why can't we get rid of these people/criminals.

Just go the same phone call 3 times in a row, but didn't answer the phone.  (I tend to not pick up if I don't know who the caller is, as it is on my cell phone.) No message was left, but I remembered that I had been getting calls from the same number about a month ago.  I googled the number, and here I am.  While it is validating to me, knowing that I am not the only one being harrassed, I have to wonder...where is this guy getting my phone number in the first place? And how can I report him?

Sorry to hear about your ordeal Susan. He just called me too. The exact same speach as what you reported. I told him I don't even own a credit card, which I don't. I only have a debit card. He then asked to speak with my mother. I said, well if you can do that then please let me know if you reach her, because I would love to speak to her too, because she passed away 11 years ago. I told him I was 48 years old. He ignored what I just told him and was talking over me everytime I tried to tell him not to call here anymore. He then said go to***** and ***g up on me. This has to be a scam. Telemarketers don't resort to screaming and making threats using profane language unless it's a scam.

Apparently this Mark is very busy today, because I just received a call from him. He gave me the same sales pitch that he was calling to lower the interest rate on my credit card. When I told him that I don't have a credit card because my husband closed my accounts three years ago when we divorced, he accused me of being a liar. I told him I don't care if you believe me or not, don't ever call here a***n. He began screaming at me at the top of his lungs. I quickly ended the call, but it left me visibly shaken. My daughter had to come over and calm me down. I'm not use to people calling me and screaming at me like that, espeically from a telemarketer. I smell a scam.

I just received the exact same call. He identified himself as Mark. No last name was given. He said he was calling to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I don't own a credit card. After I told him this, I said to remove me from his calling list. He then replied, so you want me to call you back on Friday then? I said, NO!! I don't wan't you to call me back at all! He then said have a nice Thanksgiving, and I will attempt to call you a***n on Friday, then he ***g up on me!

Credit Card Services - I pressed 9 and asked to be taken from their call list.  The caller said "you want us to call you on Friday?"  "No"   "Ok, we'll call you on Friday.  Have a nice Thanksgiving."  *click*Reporting to the FCC.

I received a call from 973-372-2288 stating that they are calling from card services, there is nothing wrong with my card but they can reduce my interest rate to 6.5%... I ***g up and called the number back only to get a message saying that the system is not taking calls and then a click, click. I shopped at Walmart this morning and I believe that someone is trying to get me to give them information.. My daughter account was emptied a few weeks ago after she shopped at Walmart and Walgreens.

A call each day for the last few days.  A recorded message is left saying, "...by continuing to listen to this message, you acknowledge that you are Jimmy J. Moody..."  -- a guy I never heard of.  Don't know how they got this number -- unless this guy gave the number as his.  Obviously collections of some kind.  So sick of this -- they call in cycles, then it stops for a while.  If I'm away & don't call in for messages, these calls eat up the ****e on my answering ma****e.  I'd love to call and leave a choice message for THEM.

They kept calling our number (lower credit card rates - I don't have one) - so I finally pushed 9 to speak to an operator - simply to tell them to remove my number from their call list.  The ******* ***g up on me straight away.  Reporting to all agencies out there I can find, sick of these people!

I cannot believe that the federal government cannot stop these crooks. They have been calling for months and we have told them to not call. We are on the Federal Do Not Call Registry. These people need to be taken out.

CC scam to lower interest rate. I called the # back and they can't take calls at this time. ANOTHER SOB NEEDS to get action a***nst them. I will pursue this.

They call at least once a week and I have asked several times to be removed. Usually they are rude and **** up on me but there was one that said no problem and the following week another call.

Claims to be calling to reduce credit card interest rate on all cards we have.  I told him to not call my house anymore and he became beligerent and rude.  I told him I felt he was a fraud and he got upset with me.  Then claimed I was talking over him so I ***g up.  This is about the fourth time they've called.

just got a call from the number this afternoon.  they didn't identify themselves clearly and went right to talking about credit card services.  i immediately ***g up. on my caller id it said that the caller was using a wireless phone.

They ring and ring and then **** up when I answer.

Card Member Services...a recorded message so I stayed on the line to ask to stop calling. The Marketer was rude and said I had signed up for the call which I have not. Please stop these calls...

18 Nov 2010 1pm - picked up phone. A prerecorded message stated there was so****ing wrong with our credit card and to press #9 for an operator. We don't have a credit card. We are on the Do Not Call list. Illegal/dishonest calls equal a dishonest company.

They randomly called the wrong person one time too many in egregious violation of Federal and State statutes. I reached out to my contacts at the proper Federal agencies and they are poised for a joint Federal, State and local law enforcement task force raid and will arrest everyone answering the phone on behalf of these iden***y theft fraudsters. This will be widely covered by the national and local media and every parti****ting fraudster's name will be published. You can then give them a call while they are incarcerated and ask if them if they want to lower their interest rate. This will be a lesson to all telephone fraudsters, knock, knock we're at your door.

this noumber calls and never leaves a message I do not answer my phone if I dont know who is calling and why. plus when you are driving or working you shouldnt, why do they continue to call it is annoying and pointless.

Usual robo**** about the last offer on the rate for my credit card. This is the 4th call from these clowns. Filed a complaint, but as usual it does no good.
