I mistakenly called the number back. Got a automated voicemail for the number and when I tried to leave a message, the recording said the message box was full. I didn't get a fast busy signal as other reports said.
I got an unsolicited call from this number and no message was left.

call came in at 10:53, exactly the same time as an unknown call came in two days earlier from NJ.
