Leave a CommentI've been harassed by Express Scripts ever since my husband's employer was ****** enough to get involved with them. The robo-calls were coming as often as every other day. I tried just ****ing up. I tried emailing them and telling them not to call me. I filed complaints with the consumer protection department in three states. They still wouldn't stop. One of their divisions, Cura Scripts, even tried to tell me that if I didn't s**** ordering my meds through them, my insurance would no longer pay for it!It got to the point that I thought my head was going to explode every time I saw their number on the Caller ID or answered the phone to hear the noxious voice of their rob-caller. I finally began calling their corporate headquarters ever time I got a call and DEMANDED that they stop calling. Every time I called, I was****ured that a rush order was being put in to take my number out of their calling list. And two days later, I'd get another call.I finally just began blocking the numbers as I received calls. The number that called me most frequently was 978-867-9754. Your phone company may allow you to block annoyance calls, too. Try dialing *60 at the dial tone, and see if you get instructions on how to turn on call blocking and how to block these calls.
Boy, after reading all of these complaints, this is truly discouraging. I have been trying to get Express Scripts to take me off of their automated calling system for over five months now. Each time I've been promised that the problem is taken care of, with even a call from their tech department apologizing and saying I would receive no more calls. Got two more calls this morning. I am not nor have I ever been a client of theirs, and I do not know the person they are calling for. This is VERY ANNOYING. At least I know the number now and do not listen to the automated message when I see it on Caller ID. But there must be some way to get an automated calling service to cease and desist.
have been receiving these calls (3 times a week) for over one year, about a Susan Shea perscription renewal/ She does reside at this number. Please discontinue these calls
They keep calling, and same line your script is ready. When I called the number back it said,Your order has been processed . We will call you a***n when we ship your script. Thanks for the 1800 number you had on this web site, I called and was promised that my number will be removed from their system.
The problem is not that these calls are or are not legitimate, it's that there seems to be no way to get them to stop even if someone (like me) prefers to be notified by e-mail. I didn't authorize these calls and have repeatedly requested that they be stopped. But they continue nevertheless. It seems that Express Scripts may have no control over their contracted call center.
We've gotten repeated calls from at least 5 numbers: 978-236-7571, but also --7570, --7572, and 7573. Also from 978-712-3901. These are all in Beverly, MA. I tried to find out which call center handles them, but without success. I've called Express Scripts customer service several times, and spoke with a supervisor at least once. They have on record that I only want to be contacted by e-mail. My online profile says the same thing. But the calls continue!! It seems about impossible to find out who actually is making these calls. Perhaps we should all notify the Better Business Bureau in Beverly MA.
It's amazing that in this day and age, this organization can't get their collective acts together. I spoke with a manager in October 2008...yet still get regular phone calls for a couple I DO NOT KNOW. I really don't care that their prescription is being filled. I just care about the annoying phone calls. Get it together Express Scripts and give us innocent people a chance to get out of your system!
The call is from Express Scripts. I have used them for years and although I can access the status of my prescription on line, I appreciate the status calls.
The problem with Express Scripts is that they have no way of verifying the numbers that their legitimate customers give them other than to call...and they DON'T do that until they need a response from said customer. There is an elderly couple with a number one digit different from mine that I constantly receive calls for, and even after I "fix" it with Express Scripts, a few months later it s****s a***n.Either the couple has sent in the wrong number or someone at Express Scripts is *** ********* it.Either way, I just consider this one a minor annoyance, as they are, albeit ineptly, trying to perform a service for their customers...
Received call from 978-236-7571 informing me of an order received ftom the 'Fisher' family was being shipped. This is not the Fisher family and who authorized this call to my phone number? I do not order my prescriptions over the internet or from any *****chusetts company.
This number is for Express Scripts which is a legit mail-order pharmacy. The call is to inform that prescriptions have be shipped. Will usually leave a voicemail containing that same information.
This is express scripts. I just got a call from this number. Looked up the number on google before I missed the call. Picked up the line and sure enough, express scripts telling me about my rx. This is a legit call and one I appreciate.
Express Scripts is legitimate US based mail order pharmacy. They make automated calls about the status of your prescription order. Unfortunately, customers too often give a wrong number by mistake. These calls used to come from an 800 number. However, Express Scripts may now have contracted out their call service in which case the service provider could call for other companies from that number.
2 calls were on my phone bill stating that two calls from my home were made to this number which didn't happen.
Received calls stating that my prescription was being shipped that they say I ordered on March 22 - BUT I NEVER DID!! And that I should be getting another call from them for the shipping date. I tried to call them back but it is just a recording stating that the order has been processed. I am ****ed off because I never ordered anything to begin with!!! I feel like my identification has been stolen from another source!!! What do I do???!!!!
Got a call from them this morning...they used someone else's last name in the message so I'm just mad someone else is using my number!
Computer called on the weekend to ask if this was the phone number for ******x?Yes or No?As soon as I said Yes, the computer said that my order of the 7th of March would ship on the 12th of March.I do not belong to Express-Scripts a prescription drug service.I called and asked that nothing be shipped to *****e person who was on the line at 1-866-265-9*** on Sa****ay said I must give my name and birth date.I refused and called a***n on Monday and was told that my number would not be sent anything.I still had to give my phone number and first and last name.
I keep getting the same calls too! from both 978-236-7571 and 978-236-7572 - several calls in the past few days for different people.
Received 2 calls in 3 days saying my prescription was being shipped. I called 1-800-451-6245 and spoke with customer service rep. She said she would track my number and remove it, after I threatened to charge the company for the charges to my phone. She said she would remove my number. We'll see!!
