Said they needed to update and provide me with information. I called Anthem and inquired is the number was legit. After about being on hold for 10 minutes the rep said the phone # WAS NOT in their directory in any state, much less in M***achusetts. Plus when you call them back they only ask and want yes and no questions. When you answer no THEY end the call.
