They called my cell phone, which is on the do not call list. How can they get away with this? I've tried calling them back to see what it was since the area code is near where my elderly aunt lives. I thought perhaps it was her family calling. When I tried to call back, I first got a message that their mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message. Tried a***n later and Verizon said the call couldn't be completed as dialed, to check the number and dial a***n. No luck.

This company continues to call at least 2-3 times a week. I have nothing to say to them, w***ver they are. Next step will be calling the Feds. about obnoxious callers.

Repeated calls from a political robo-surveyer, which I kept ****ing up on in June and July 2010, and it kept calling me back for days til I punched in answers to their ****** survey. Then 2 weeks later, just before the primaries, it s****ed a***n. I hope they know that the quality of their data is compromised by the annoyed recipients of their calls. I tried to give "original" answers, but of course you have to punch one of their numbers or the computer kicks you back with 'invalid entry.' It's totally harrassment to be called back repeatedly until you answer a survey and never even know who commissioned it!

If your on the DNC list go to the DNC website and file a formal complaint. Telemarketing calls of any kind should be illegal with a mega sized fine of over a million dollars, plus spending time behind bars with no access to a phone or internet.

YOu can read on-line about these folks.  Another group with access to same database of phone numbers was arrested a few months ago, and****ets frozen. It is only a matter of time these folks get arrested as well. I don't think they get it.  It is a shame, they keep calling my cell phone a few times a week.  When I read of the arrests, I thought the scheme was done. But, it is back, likely with someone new who thinks they can hide, but it is only a matter of time.

This number called me today with a recorded message claiming to be Viewpoint Systems and working with Bell to offer HD Satellite services.

I too have received numerous calls and requested twice to be removed. This is very frustrating and annoying. This so needs to be illegal.

I have attempted repeatedly to stop this number from calling. When I call back and am prompted, I select #1 to be removed from the call list, but I continue to be called. The calls are actually increasing.

Update: Just got off the phone with a live person and asked to be placed off their list. Tell them it's your business phone and you can waste time soliciting ****** calls because it's a work phone. It might not work but it's worth a ****. At least I got a live person!

Got the same bs about getting out of debt.  I called back and left a message saying I needed help (but didn't leave my phone #).  Another # (858-555-5555) called back which I didn't answer.  The 858 # left a voice message with yet another phone # with extension and a customer #.  Called back and spoke to a live person to get off the **** list.  Told him it's my work phone and I can't take this BS calls on a work phone.  It may not work but at least I got to talk to a live person.  If it happens a***n, I think I'll pull the same trick and see if I can talk to their supervisor.
