I received a call 9/28/09 and was granted to have my interest rates lowered on my credit cards and save me at least $2000.00 or I would not be charged anything! Unfortunately they were unable to lower my already low 8.99% credit rates so I was told they would call me back a few days later. they forgot to call but they billed me anyway $995.00. I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card company. However they are telling my card company quote "PACKAGE DELIVERED and signed for. presently being worked on to help cardholder". I know that their are at least 4 companies involved. I suspect that the Solicitors are the con-artist reaping their fees while hiding behind more legitimate businesses leaving us to fight it out with our credit card companies.
