Donor Services Division - agency that collects money for charities - call the number and you'll get a recorded messagemost annoying that this agency uses local numbers to scam people....if you're going to deceive with a local number, I have no confidence in your ability to actually give money to charity

Got a call from 978-631-1157 on March 6, 2011 @4:44 pm. Dead silence like all the other calls that I've been getting for about two months now. I'm sick and tired of the **** ups, the calls asking for money, the surveys, etc.The scammers are using local numbers now because everyone has stopped answering the toll free and unavailable numbers.

Same number called,  same situation - ***g up when answering ma****e answered. Call originated out of Acton, *****chusetts.
