Thanks for the ID, I have no idea why I get calls from this number

I just called the 1-800 number noted above.  The "patient care advocate" tried to help, but said that she did not have my phone number in her system, and without the birth date of the person the messages are for, she could not look up the account.  So.... no help whatsoever.

These people have called me countless times, all times of the day and night...I never pick up the phone, so I don't know what they want...

I just did this and it took two guys 17 minuets and 48 seconds To put a note on the account that the number was wrong. Who knows it if will actually stop the automated text's and calls...

Thankyou!  Thankyou!  Thankyou!   I've been receiving these calls for 6 months, when I received my current phone number.  Apparently the previous owner of the number used express scripts.  The frustrating thing is that when you get the phone messages there is no phone number to call back and reach a person.  I also couldn't find a phone number contact on their website.  I may have tried to send them an email, but I don't remember if that was possible, either.  The point is that they don't make it very difficult to let them know that they have the wrong number.  I did get the Patient Care Advocate with the number you listed and asked them to take my number off their call list.  He said he did it right then.  We'll see.  I did suggest that they make it easier for someone to let them know that they have the wrong number.

Express Scripts has a problem with wrong numbers being dialed. You need to call 1-800-451-6245 and tell the "Patient Care Advocate" that you want them to submit a WRONG NUMBER FORM. These folks are not very helpful and insist on a getting your ID number, which of course, you  will not have if you are not one of ther customers.
