Called claiming to be Blue Cross Insurance, asking to call them back but no customer services picks up.
Claims to be anthem blue cross with "important health information". If my doctor had important health information they wouldn't be calling from M***achusetts because she's not in M***achusetts. Also it wouldn't have been a robocaller, it would have been an actual person (Drs ***istant). OR they'd have sent an email if they couldn't get through.
