Robocalls by a legitimate company with no chance to talk to a human ARE SPAM.
Express scripts. A real company with a HORRIBLE phone spamming problem. They keep calling to remind you to order refills. THEN they call to tell you it shipped. I don't need to know that! THEN they call 3 days later to tell you that the order THEY called you to renew cannot be shipped yet, because you did not wait long enough before you renewed!!! COMPLETE IDIOTS. Yes, that is SPAM.
