Claims to be Eric foster with E loan. Said I was approved for loan of 5000 and he verified all of my information and banking that I did not give out. Wanted me to go to dollar general or Walmart to verify my iden***y. Lol I said I would contact my lawyer who I worked for in Washington DC and he said go ahead.

Threating police action if I don't call and address a situation. waiting for my local police now........

Attempted to get money during phone call to avoid prosecution said there was a warrant

Caller identified themselves as United States Federal investigator for IRS. Reason for call was to demand $6,000 in unpaid taxes 4 years 2000 and 2005. The length of the call was approximately a half hour and numerous transfers occurred during the call two different individuals identifying themselves as IRS employees.

Claims to be the IRS... give me a break!

Claiming to be from IRS or some other government agency.
