They say they are with the IRS and that they have a lawsuit a***nst you. Ask to call back to get further information. This is not a number****ociated with the IRS nor is this how they would handle a suit a***nst you.

States that the IRS has filed a lawsuit a***nst me and this is the last attempt to reach me. Says I can stop by my local office or call a number that they give me. Rest****ured that this is NOT how the IRS would notify you of a lawsuit.

The have called me twice and left 2 of the exact same voicemail - very clearly not human

Claimed to be the IRS. When I called, a woman in a very loud call center asked for my name and social security number. When I refused to provide this info she ***g up. I reported the scam to the IRS.

Threatening to call police. Robo caller claiming to be the IRS.

Did not pick up but voicemail left did say IRS lawsuit is being filed a***nst me. Comments on this thread are accurate! Thank you all.

Robo call IRS scam

Stated that the irs was pressing charges on me, that between 2010 and 2016 I filed my taxes fraudulently. . Said that within 30 min of the call the police would be coming to arrest me. ?

Left a robo message that IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst me and to call immediately for further information.

Unprofessional with what sounded like 100s of other callers shouting in the background. They mentioned a lawsuit but had no explanation and kept ****ing up.
