Calls come in at random. I say*****o several times. I hear background noise, but no one speaks.

Gets name wrong. Calls 3-5 days weekly

Call come in 2 or 3 times a day most times no one answers. When someone finally answered they attempted to gather information to push refinance rates. the caller gave 2 different rates wanting information. he persisted with hard sales tactics even though claiming not to be selling anything. I ***g up got 2 more calls that same day.
