I received a phone call on Christmas Eve saying I owed $416 to some Cash Advance USA - hard to tell as it was hard to understand. Said I had better get an attorney, etc --- they had all of my personal information to include checking and social security number. I asked them to mail, fax, or email the loan do***ents of this supposed loan - he ***g up on me. I called the State of Colorado Fraud Line and they say that these people are in another country but masking their number with legitimate United States area codes. The State told me they are basically trying to scare you into wiring them money. I have received 4 calls in a month to include calling my work number. The State also told me if this continues to contact the US Attorney General's office. They have also called from 916-395-0000.

I just got a call from this number and they said that I better call them back or they will take legal action I don't know who they are I am going to c****e my phone number this is to much going on. Everyday from them I get a call from this man.

iam getting calls from number...said that i owed cash america...am a collector manger myself...i called cash america...said that they dont have any account for me...best thing to do is contact attorny general in state of texas...and file complaint and have them trace number

I have received several calls from this number stating I have outstanding loans, which I do not.  When I question them about faxing or emailing me the do***ets, they say they cannot.  Of course this is a scam, but they have my address, phone number and bank account information. They have been calling me eight to ten times a day and when I do answer the calls, I hear boys laughing in the background and the one who is calling sounds like he is from India and yells into the phone that I must listen and he will have warrants executed for me.  I am so tired of this, how do I get them to stop??
