calls then ****s up, leaves no message. am on the DNC list as well

have a victim claiming for over a year she has been receiving ***ual harrassing phone calls where caller uses her last name (which is a French name but is spelled like a certain "***ual" word).  She has received these calls off and on for a year or so.  This time the caller ID had this number show up.  Googled it and came across the name llmsvcs, which led me hear.  Anyone else having this problem?  Her calls seem to be ***ual/violent in nature, not a "scam" type.
