they call every few hours and each day - never leaving a message from early AM to late PM .. who owns this ph and are they allowed to call so much. I am disabled and it takes me time to get up to answer the phone - they are rude and inconsiderate.

Took one call and they had the wrong person, now they are calling every one to two hours, night day and weekends.

I do not know the number so I don't anwser.

I will never understand why these people keep calling me. They are looking for someone named Ashley and I am not that person. With all the technology we have today, why can't they get the right number. I will continue to not answer the calls.

They're calling about five times a day but don't leave a message. It shows up on calller id as GE MONEY. I've had to turn my ringer off because they are so annoying. Since they never leave a message I don't know how to get them to stop. Called as early as 8:00 a.m. on a Sa****ay, which is too early at my house.

I continue to get calls from this number.  This Sat I got 4 calls @ 8am, 8:30, 9, and 9:30am.  They also call at night as late as 9pmI have no JCPenny card and I have told them so

It is JCPenney - I didn't receive a bill so my payment was late.  They called repeatedly without leaving a message.  THEY CALLED AT 8 A.M. ON A SUNDAY!!  When I answered to find out who the heck was so ignorant to call at this time when if it was not an emergency they were EXTREMELY rude.  I will be cancelling my card

They are calling before 8:30 am and I work nights. The worse part is they are calling on my cell phone. Come on that is ridiculous, I never give that number out unless it is immediate family. They wont say anything when I answer and you can not return call to cease their calls. I know the economy is bad and people have telemarketing jobs. But now they are invading privacy and are on my time calling during my sleep time and late evening after 9:30pm.

This number calls my cell phone from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 pm. No messages ever left. Don't know if it is my abusive ex, the girlfriend or someone else. Scary though

I keep getting these calls too...have any of you recently subscribed to frr magazines.com, or any free recepies website or anything? I did a few days ago, and have been getting these annoying calls. Im wondering if theyre related.

I called it back. It is J.C.Penney Credit Services. I  don't understand why they don't respond when I answer though.

Shows up Unknown and just the number. I let it go to  voicemail. They never leave a message. When I answer no one says anything.
