A computer-generated voice that says to press 1 if you are or 5 if you aren't . If you do nothing, it says that you haven't identified yourself as human and disconnects. I'm guessing it's being done by a scammer to validate their database of names and phone numbers. Do nothing and wait for them to disconnect; if you hang up first then they know a human answered the phone.
