am on do not call list. 5th call at same time in past 3 mos

never leaves a message. calls repeatedly. has been calling since i got this number less than 2 months ago. annoying!

I am on the do not call list. If you can't show your number than don't bother me!

They called me on January 4th looking for someone named Gonzales.I ***g up right away.Today January 9th,they called a***n and asked for Gonzales.I called the guy a nasty na*****at is NOT my usual telephone manner.When I ***g up and called that number,a recording answered and said it was from a charity.After that I got a busy signal.This is a FRAUD if ever there was one.

Early morn-rang 6 times-refused to answer...looked it up here to see what it was. Thanks to all of your comments, I now know who it is. I am going to report if it calls a***n...

someone called and asked for Gonzales.I ***g up right away and immediately tried to call that number. I got a recording that said "You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service" I tried tha number a little later and got another recording that said "that is not a valid extension." There are some ****** people in this world.!!

These calls are getting annoying. I am on the do not call list--and i do not answer calls from numbers I don't know.

Left no message on answering ma****e. Caller ID reads: "NC call". The real FOP ought to get busy and track this down. If they have what it takes???

repeated calls from this # are getting to be annoying

For over 3 months now I've continued to receive calls from this # as many as 3 a day for 2-4 days each week. Please stop this by putting this # on my do not call record

Have called before....Left no message...Tired of these calls. It seems as if the DO NOT CALL list is sufficient.

Called claiming to be the FOP asking for money. They have called at least 2 times over the last 3 weeks and never left a message. He sounded ***** and I seriously doubt that he is a cop.

Called claiming to be FOP. Always a recording with a number given afterwards then ****s up. My number is on the do not call list.

Caller claims he was the Police and is asking for a huge sum of money. Impersonating a police officer, even on the phone is a crime. Catch this fellow.

I never answer "UNKNOWN" calls! That's what answering ma****es are for.

Said he was collecting for the police benevolants (sp) society, yeah right !!

Called twice. They should pay.

The callers know your name by the phone number.  They have resources that tell them what phone numbers belong to whom.  This situation happens to me.  I don't know the caller and they know my name.

I picked up the phone. The man knew my family name. Talked about so****ing money or officer or... I don't know.. How do they know our name?

call me over and over and wake up my baby at 9 in the morning every sat. but won't say a word just dead air. i though there was a new law that says things like that have to release who they are in order to ask for money

Rec'd a call at 945am, no message.  I'm in North Carolina and I am on the do not call list.

We get the call everyday.  Never says*****o.  I do not know who they are.  I just got the call.  Never says anything.

they have called our over and over.Please fill out the paper work with NC Department of Justice Consumer protection SectionVery easy to do on line..we are on the do not call list.. and they still called

this person called and left a threatening phone message. Have reported it to the police.

I am also in North Carolina and have received calls from this number. The most recent 8/12/09 at 8:03 PM (EST). They never leave a message. Who are they and what do they want ?

Same BS.. call like crazy... no message... other info points towards FOP, appealing for donations for bla bla order of police. Reported also most of these are scams with no ties to any Police Orginazation

I have also received several calls from this same number.   All I know is the recorded message mentions so****ing about the Police.  I **** up but I see from these other threads I'm not alone.  Very irritating...

My caller ID just said North Carolina, my wife answered it and it was a solicitor from The ***ernal Order Of Police.

This number calls and leaves a "message" that forwards to another number that rings (on the phone message) and then triggers the phone company "please **** up and call a***n" auto message (!). If you pick up  and answer the number, no one answers -- you get the same result of the auto-forwarded ring and "please **** up and call a***n." Calling the number itself, you get a request to enter your number so that a "representative" can call you. They call every single day (since we moved in two weeks ago) and always the same irritating non-message. Surely this is a***nst FCC regulations!

fund raising company -- money pest

I have had at least 5 of these calls. very annoying

can not get this company to leave any info, or to stop calling.  Driving me nuts.  What purpose does the do-not-call list serve?  Out hard earned tax dollars at work.

I received a call from this number on 07/14/09 at 2:06 PM. (I am in NC also).  There was no voice message left.

Caller claimed he was a policeman looking for someone. I told him he had the wrong number and he insisted he had the right number. Although, he did not.
