This number called my cell phone.  I answered it because it was my area code.  This is a company who will work with your credit card companies to lower your interest rate.  You have to have  minimum of $4000 in current credit card debt.  Seemed a little fishy so I thanked them but told them I would contact my own credit card companies to lower my interest rate.  It sounded more like one of those debt reduction type companies except this one is located within my state and area code.
