989-316-2348 I think I've had this number call me before.  By the time I got to the phone, they ***g up.  When I called back, they didn't pick up.  I guess it wasn't that important.  However, I filed a complaint on the DNC registry because my phone has been on that list for over 2 years.  I have family in the 989 area so I was concerned who it was. There is a lady from the 989 area, really rude too, trying to sell cookbooks.  She's about in her 60-70's.  I wouldn't put it past it for this number to be her cookbook club at it a***n.

They call when I'm at work, and I live alone, so initially I was concerned it was criminals casing my house.  Now it seems they're just criminals disobeying the FCC and no call list.

The phone rings and when we pick up they **** up/

They just **** up on us when we've tried to call them back.  Otherwise... same here, phone pests I guess?  We're thinking of c****ing our number A***n and "paying" to have it Not Published.  Hmmmm... makes me wonder if it isn't the phone companies trying to squeeze another buck or two out of everyone as if we don't pay through the nose already and for what a new type of unwanted telemarketing?

Just got a **** up from that same number. I called back and it was busy. I kept calling until someone answered. When they answered, I heard them dial 11 digits and **** up. I kept calling and each time after, they would pick up, press one number, and **** up. Not sure if its a kid *****ing with the phone, but I intend to keep dialing them until they talk. The call ID says its from Bay City Michigan. Not too far from where I live. Kind of hoping someone gets tough with me and gives me an address. :)
