The number called me 6 times. the first 3 i missed, they came in 2 minutes apart. Then 10 minutes later the same things happened only this time i answered them all. And all i heard was beep (pause for 2 seconds) beep (pause for 2 seconds) beep and repeat. What the heck? i don't know anyone who lives in Saignaw.

Or owes them money.  It's from the collections office.
