THIS IS A FRAUD. We just ***g up the phone on them (they called at 11 pm PST) and found your posting. A couple of months ago I got a disc with Microsoft logos etc. saying it was the replacement/update because I didn't have legitimate software. I got charged $214 on my credit card. All nonsense. So PLEASE watch your credit card for fake "Microsoft" charges. I am going to report this to my credit card company and Microsoft. It seems they are offs**** and using a phone connection in MI.
