I know that I never lived in six lakes nor did I have a phone number from there. I do know that VA sent my medication there why God only knows back then. Obviously somebody else used my name for a telephone and throughout this report there are names that I have never heard of much at least used and some very absurd of the wall things included into this report that are by no way me I will attempt to straighten this report out but I probably should leave it confusing except for the fact that some of the things are horried very bad and there is no way that I would do those things.
