Annoying robo-caller that illegally calls cellphones

Lady on voicemail said she was returning call about lowering interest rates on credit cards (returning? We never spoke a first time!). She also said the deal they had for me was good since I currently make only minimum payment, which I do not! She didn't mention a company name. Definitely a scam.

Got a call to my cell..left message but not listening...this is what happens when you put your number, name, address, or anything of this nature in an online form for any reason. Your info is sold. Might call them back and put them through some wasted time...lol  I'm unemployed with my credit in the ****per.

I received the call today, sounds like a scam.

Yes definitely a marketing call trying to get you to call back 1-800 number.  They pretend that they are someone you know and you just talked to them last week.  Mentioned the deal they had for me was good since I am currently only making min payment - which I never do!

Got a call this morning and didnt answer.  Listened to voice mail and it was as if it only recorded half the conversation but, it was some lady saying this was the last courtesy call about lower interest rate but didn't give any move information.  Wow, I am so ***med I didn't answer the call.  ****

Got a call from this number today. I didn't answer but the lady on the voicemail claimed she was returning a call about lowering interest rates on credit cards. I had never made any inquiry about interest rates to any company and she neglected to mention what company she worked for.  Sounds like a phishing scam to me.
