I need advice so I can call the police

This person, Aaron Self is using my phone number! The number is on my account, Suzanne Bryant, This person was also on my old number. HOW do I get him out of my phone? Verizon keeps saying I'm the only one on the account and has this number! He has all my passwords and important information Spectrum also says that Noone can get in the system but I can hear them talking, HE PLAYS DRUMS BADLY WHISTLES TAPS HIS SCREEN IF HE DOESN'T SEE ME OR HEARS ME IN MY HOUSE!last night I was trying to get password to sign in and his wife said what is that. He said it supposed to be owner! Which is part of a password,.I need advice so I can report it to the police thank you, Suzanne
