This is a government grant scam they want you to send them money (about $300) so they can verify that it is you to release the money. After they receive your money they say that they could not verify your iden***y because you didn't put your middle initial or so****ing to that effect and they say you need to send another 300 so they can complete the verification. One of them uses the name David Max.
