I ended the call...I blocked it

I received a call from this number with a recorded message from "Helen" who said they could lower my interest rates on my credit card. Since I don't have any credit cards, I was confused. I pressed 1 to talk to someone, but the person either didn't understand my question (or did so on purpose) and eventually ***g up on me.

Called me left no message.

Several calls, No message.

I did not answer the call as I only answer calls from numbers/people that I know.

Got a call from this number said they were from card services and were going to lower my interest rate but wanted me to give them my expiration date and last 12 digits of my credit card!
