don't buy what these people say. It is a fraud call center located in India scamming money from usa. US does not have a debtor prison so no jail they are using this a scare tatactic. My bank told me they do this all the time. I would report to FBI

Someone called me from this # twice and there was no one on the other end. I suspect it's SPAM

Same caller is using the number 310-735-4736 as of today. Report was filed in Columbus, Ohio with report #110678499

the caller id lists Ben Avraham.  I don't know who this person is and there are no reasons a debt collection would call me. I only answered once and there was a delay after I said*****o.  That typically means I'm getting connected to someone, so I ***g up.

Received calls from this number as well, name used was Jason Connor, strong indian or middle eastern accent.  Just tell them that we already got their leader (Osama) and now we are after the whole lot of them.  ****es them off and they **** up on you

This number called me at 2am.....at least 5 times and sent me 3 text messages telling me to call. I talk in my sleep and I actually woke up and I was talking to somebody on the phone but I have no idea what they were saying. I ***g up when I realized that I had answered the phone in my sleep. I live in Arkansas and I have a Chicago number. I text the number later and asked who the person was but no response. Creepy!!!

Received a call on 4/13/11 claiming there a judgement a***nst me. The person (strong accent foreign) said he was from the dept of criminal so****ing and that i will be sued and jailed if I don't pay back a payday loan. When I ask for information he came me a Doc# and also said there were another payday loan being activated using my SS# and that they can stop it if I pay the the complaint using the DOC#. Since I know I don't owe any outstanding payday loans and wasn't receiving the information I needed to find out if this was true. I told his I will see them in court. I since has found out thru a close friend who work in collection that this is a scram. Everyone please be aware. This is awful. The harassment, name calling, threats and pure evilness is not right. What can a person do to stop these calls for good?

I got call from this number and i answered but no one replied. When I tried to return the call, it said "For espanol, press 2" It seemed similar to 4054150611. IDK whats happening, but someone needs to be done. Is this common in ATT/Sprint/Tmobile/Verizon??????

yes****ay i received a call from united nation legal dept. the rep. chris rodgers or rogers said i took out a loan in june 2009. but when i asked him what took so long he just kept rambling. i told him i know nothing about a loan. he said he would have me arrested for fraud and money laudering and they sounded like arabs and very rude and threating. sounded like a scam. i got my call from (760)-582-0306. the address they gave me is 310 mcllister st. san francisco ca. ***02

I also received  call from the above number 5/09. I have since received a call on 6/3/10 and 6/8/10 from number 760-514-0172 and 352-390-2183. Thanks to all that have posted a comment.  I was very upset and scared that I would lose my job because of their claims.

Some Indian sounding man called me from this number saying he was looking for a friend of mine saying my name was on a loan she applied for. He said I was going to be arrested because she had defaulted on the loan. He would not let me get in a word. My friend and I called our local police department and he said this is a scam. Do not give this person any of your information as this is a scam!

fraud tyring to get my socia and other info also trying to give me bank accts i never heard of and asking for my current refused to send bill claming to be an officer but gave bogus badge number and also when i asked what city they just said yours what a joke

These people have called me also! they claimed they are with the legal and investigations department, and my ss# has a hold on it with the US Government. When I asked what this was for, they told me that I have a $500 payday loan from March that was not paid back. When I kept asking questions like what is the name of the company, what bank account did the supposed loan go to and etc, they became belligerant and s****ed to scream and curse at me!I was told if I did not pay now, they would file a lawsuit a***nst me the next day and I could face jail time...FOR A $500 LOAN???HAHA  They all have middle eastern accents. Dont fall for anything these people tell you. They get your personal info and try to use it to get your money. Dont fall for it, it is a scam!

Called me and said I had a hearing at the court house tomorrow morning and the authorities will pick me up at my house. He said I owed for a loan. I don't. It is a scam. They get your info from the internet. They knew my social and bank account number!

These people are running a scam using information that was stolen from lenders such as "Payday Loans" and similar loan services. Do not fall for their scam. I would like to rip their throats out.

They call saying they are officers of the law, and that they are pressign charges a***nst me.  Some sort of Check Fraud!  I keep telling him a line of ****!

Calls frequently everyday.Leaves no voice messages.

The person said he was conducting a survey and wanted to know my total amount of debt. He insisted that I had hospital bills, credit card bills exceeding $10,000. He kept asking how much I owed and said he could make it better. I told him to make someone else feel better and ***g up.
