Called me and said I had a hearing at the court house tomorrow morning and the authorities will pick me up at my house. He said I owed for a loan. I don't. It is a scam. They get your info from the internet. They knew my social and bank account number!

He said I owe thousands of dollars for a loan. He said I had to court. I was not aware of this, he said i had to fax him in 20 min my account number & a appology for why i have not kept up with my financial things.

I got this call saying that they were coming to pick me up.  When I called back all I get is a busy signal

These people have been call me since May 18th and it has been well a total of about  70 call since then.  The s****ed calling from a  954 area code and then the calls would come up restricted and then from a  local cell number which does not pick up.  I have had a payday loan and I know for a fact all my matters have been taken care of to date.  I call teh company to inform them that I have been getting these threating calls about a pay day from saying I owe $500 and I will have to pay  $5000.00 and the sheriff is coming to get me.  These people are crazy.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS SAME NUMBER SAYING I OWED 300 TO A PAYDAY ADVANCE I WENT NUTS ON HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD CONNECT ME TO HIS SUPERVISOR WELL HIS SUPERVISOR HAD THE EXACT VOICE THEY CLAIMED COURT ACTION WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY AND THEY NEEDED TO KNOW MY LAWYERS NAME THEY TOLD ME THAT 300 HAD BEEN CRDITED TO MY ACCOUNT I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO MY BANK IN TWO MINUTES TO VERIFY THEN CALL THEM BACK AND CUSS THEM OUT NEXT THING I KNOW I AM HEARING A DIAL TONE

yeah this is bu***hit..my girlfriend posted one for me but thought i had to put in what they said..I got a call from a Felicia George and she said the exact same thing Maria D said i mean to the tee..and i s****ed getting angry and told them to have the cops come to see if i cared that ill be waiting..its so frustrating especially when they call u at work..so this is totally a scam..especially seeing that im not the only one..so yea..have a great day..yall

I just got a call from a "Peter Brown" too and he asked if I had an attorney.  He mentioned so****ing about my case being down loaded, a legal affidavit, the National Payday Services, money I borrowed via EFT and was not paid back, information that would be somehow involve my employer, $5,484.87 owed, not including whatever the bail amount would be and that if I did not have an attorney, that one would be appointed for me.  What kind of **** is this?  And they're calling me at work???  I told this guy that I would call him back and he provided this useless number of 201-234-4071.  From reading all the complaints, how does one get rid of these bozos.

I too just got a call from a "tony" stating i was to be arrested on tuesday if i didnt pay them back immediately. i kept making him repeat hisself saying i cant understand you.they have been calling for awhile but this is the first time they actually left a message(which i had to listen to 4 times in order to try and figure out what they were saying). the funny thing is he couldnt tell me what i owed just that i did and i was being charged with bank fraud, illegal transfer of funds and i forget what else. he stated that these charges are being filed in my home state but couldnt tell me what state it was . idiot

JUst the same some lady called my b/f at work saying that he owes like 700 dollars from a payday advance with we alwayz pay back in full the lady had a indian accent and said if we didn't pay it we would go to court mon and someone would be here to pick him up with i know if we were to go to court then we would have been supe***ed to court through US mail so clearly this is a scam

i, too have received calls from this number--in very heavy middle eastern accent, his name was sam gobel??? also, 1 call was made on memorial day and a few others at weird times---very threatening--i am supposed to have my "attorney of record" call or i will be sorry. what the heck is this company?

I had this number call me multiple of times and claimed they were a law firm for National Payday Advances,and they told me that I had taken out a loan and did not pay it back and that if I did not pay them over the phone someone would be by my house to arrest me. I then called my local law enforcment and the North Carolina SBI (State Bureau Investigations) they instructed me to call 1-800-334-3000 to report it, now thats if you only live in North Carolina. If you live in other states you need to report it to your state Department Of Justice.

My husband received a call months ago on his cell phone from these people and when I had my attorney call they stopped calling.  Well on Memorial Day I received a call on my cell phone and on my work phone.  I have not yet spoke with them but a Steve Williams with a strong Indian accent leaves a message.  He says at the end that "he wishes me luck with any situation that is imposed on me".  I have call my attorney and told him to do whatever he feels necessary to get these people to stop calling.  I do not have any loans that have not been paid.  If they were real attorney's that were suing me, I would have received a notarized letter stating that.  I hat scams

called came from this number 2102344071 I called back and got a nancy marcus who said i owed a pay day loan she req my attorney information i told her i was an attorney she ***g up. I have not gotten a call yet so i say tell them they have reached either the FBI phone or tell them your an attorney and that you have their call and where about being recording they will **** up not sure if they will stop calling but they will **** up.

They called me it is funny how they all have Indian accents but have American names like James Archer, Justin Smith. This is a scam just tell them that your going to call the police if they keep harassing you.

I just received a call from a guy named, so he says, ***d, from 201-234-4071.  He is calling me nonstop, saying the same things I'm reading here, I have NEVER done a payday loan so I have no idea what he is talking about.  He is leaving me threating messages on my voice mail.  Please ignore these people, this is a BIG SCAM!!!  I just want to know how to make this stop???  Help??

I am so thankful that I decided to google this number and that I came across this forum. I also s****ed receiving these calls yes****ay from a 201-234-4071. The only exception was that it was a woman named "Marina", which I find extremely strange seeing as she had a clear indian accent and that sounds like a hispanic name. The names that you guys speak about are all american names. So anyway, she called me yes****ay May 26, 2009 like @ 6pm and so I picked up the phone and TRIED to understand her as there was a massive amount of background noise and her accent didn't help. When she s****ed to tell me that she was from a law firm supposedly representing a Pay day Loan company, I asked her "what are you talking about"? and she immediately told me "please don't curse because this call is being recorded". I was confused because I didn't realize that what I said was cursing. I have previously requested payday loans and I have successfully paid them all off so I KNOW that I don't owe anyone any money. At first I was a bit scared because I thought this was real, but I s****ed thinking that if it were a real attorney and a there was a real claim a***nst me, a notarized letter would have come to my house by US mail with a docket and claim number as well as other legalities from a Civil Court. Its plain to see that these people are scammers, it's very clear. I have just received 2 more calls about 1/2 an hour ago, so I decided to check them out online and I am glad that I did. Also, I tried calling them back by blocking my number and they never picked up. So please, DO NOT fall for this and DO NOT give them any personal information. Just ignore them and if anything, do file a claim a***nst them.

I have had multiple calls from Bob Austin, Joey Maxwell, Scott Harris, and most recently Michael Harris( all with Indian accents).  These people have been calling several times a day harrssing me at work and on my cell phone. There have been several numbers they have been calling from such as 201-234-4071 and 646-918-5060. When I first received the call I was really worried because they were threatening me by saying they were going to have the sheriff come pick me up at work and I needed to get an attorney. They had called several of my friends threatening them, as well.  When I figured out it was a scam I got really angry that these foriegners were scamming Americans, so I called them back.  I expressed my anger to who ever answered the phone and he got angry with me and said, "you Americans are so F--king ******" and then called me a "grocery bagger" then ***g up on me. I am not sure where he came up with the "grocery bagger" remark. Anyways, they quit for about a 2 months now and just last week I have s****ed receiving calls from a Michael Harris @ the 201-234-4071. He was been leaving me messages on my cell phone and at work saying I need to call him back or my attorney as soon as I get his message and if I don't good luck.  I have not called him but he continuosly calls me every day.  I am hoping they will just leave me alone because apparently the only thing that can be done at this point is to just ignore them.

Today I received a call from this number. Her name was Anna Taylor and she stated that she was calling  from National Payday. I have had a on line payday loan in the past that was paid infull.  I could not understand her. She had a stong middle eatern accent. The back ground noise was intense.  She stated that it was because of a retirement party. She also told me that I needed to contact an attonrney.  The address they gave me was 1432 Hoffman lane Campbell Ca.  However, the call came from N.Y. I did contact an attonery.  The MO state Attonnery gernals office.  I filed a complaint with the office.  PLEASE NO DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.  In todays's ecomany we have all had to resort to extrems.  THIS IS A SCAM. The attornery gernals office told me that unless this is on your credit report this is NOT A DEBT THAT YOU OWE! PLEASE. If anyone receives a call fromthis number file a complaint with your state attonery gernerals office.  I found them very helpful

I received 2 messages and 1 actual call from Patricia White.  Both messages were exactly the same, like she is reading (yelling - because she sounds like she is calling from a call center) a script.  In the end she wishes me and my children good luck.  The funny thing is she called my work and my home phone.  The home phone is only used for in-coming calls and I never use it.  When I answered the home yes****ay (Memorial Day) she said she needed to reach Lisa because someone was using her iden***y online.  It's funny I think this is the same company that called a few months ago that asked me if I wanted a better rate on my payday loans.  I don't have any payday loans and have not taken any out in over 3 years..  Odd!

I received the same call yes****ay (Memorial Day) however his name was "Sean Lewis" and had a very thick Indian accent. He said he was calling me from "National Payday". I did have an account with this company several years ago and I still have proof that it was paid off. I do know this is a SCAM and I told him that I was recording the call and he said he was too. I was told that if I didn’t pay them I would be arrested today. Last week he called and told me I owe $600, yes****ay he tells me I owe $1095.87. What a ****!! He can't remember his own lies!! I proceeded to ask where to "send" the money and he gave me the address of 1432 Hoffman Lane, Campbell California. Hope he's holding his breath!!!! If they call a***n I will contact the FTC, and Attorney General.

Got a call from this company allmost everyday saying to call them that they are a law firm caling from this cell phone number that isn't too clear.  Indian voice, says her name is Patricia White and that I need to call with an attorney or show up for court or I'll be sorry.  When I called back, they said they are attorneys representing a company Payday National.  Now I have gotten loans in the past and paid them off.  I looked this up and found of a similar situation a month ago at this time with a different number.  I want to know, how do I get these people to stop calling me at work or at home on my cell.  I know this is a scam.  No attorney is going to call me on a national holliday of Memorial Day

i just got a call from these people saying my husband is going to be arrested and that weve taken out a loan and not paid it but we havent taken out a loan and they have the last four digits of his social. im not really sure what to do but this has to be a scam..

I got a phone call from this number claiming to be an attorney. They said they were gonna have me arrested for 3 different felonies and that i would be in prison. these people are a complete scam. i talked to a Daniel Bush, Justin McClain and Christine Jones. they say they are located at in Cambell California. do not give them any info. i have reported them to every agency known.

Using the name Moses Paul.  They called and said that an old payday loan company had turned this over to them for nonpayment and they were going to come and arrest me for check fraud.  I did do business with the company they were referring to so I guess my info was sold to them.  However, debt was paid free and clear.  Would not provide any do***entation or information regarding the reason they called.  Only threats and badgering that I am going to be arrested.  SCAM!!!!

This just happened to me and they threatened me.  It was a pretty scary message.  They said if I dont call them back they can only wish me good luck for me and my kids.  Now the gloves are off, dont talk about my kids.  Im having my attorney call them.  This has to be illegal.

This site is an absolute scam.  They will take your money (ask you to sent via Western Union) and will never sent you the product.  Manager goes by name of "Paul Roberts" and another by "Christine".  DO NOT sent any money under any cir***stances!  I was promised next day delivery but now the number is disconnected.  THEY ARE CROOKS!  They may ask you to sent money to various places in New York or even to Dominican Republic to a fuy by the name of Johnsson Reyes. 718-673-6181 is another number they use.

Also got a call saying they were a pharmacy and my order was ready to send out, just needed to confirm information.  This went to my voice mail I did not call back the girl calling her name was Alisha she sounded higher than a kite and a thick accent!

These guys pretend to be a legitimate pharmacy, doctor and all. In some states it is still legal to get a prescription online if the doctor has a license for your state, which these guys claim to have. I trusted these guys because they called over many months and always had the same number. The main salesman seems to be a fellow who calls himself DAVID CONNERS. Of course, I was su****ious, however they were very convincing. They Use Western Union for payment to their supposed doctors:SANTO DE LA CRUZ in New York, and in the Dominican Republic One of the pickups is KENT MATTHEWS. They treat you nice as pie until that get your money then they just **** up on you of give an excuse that the package got sent accidentally to an adjacent zip code to keep you spinning. Additional names there are Nathan supervisor, Johnathan. They all have Jersey to New York Accents. Never use Western Union for unknown, or unproven results.
